Use OMIX websites and services lawfully and in accordance with any product-specific terms or instructions.

Project scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and support obligations are defined by the applicable proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, each party retains rights to its pre-existing intellectual property. Project-specific ownership is governed by the applicable agreement.

We work to keep services available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, third-party services or external infrastructure.
